1. 接受条款

欢迎使用领鹿（Guideer）。下载、安装或使用本 App，即表示您同意本协议及我们的 隐私政策。若您不同意，请勿使用本 App。

2. 服务说明

领鹿帮助用户设定职业目标、管理能力图谱、记录学习成长，并在用户主动请求时提供 AI 生成的建议、解读与报告。 本 App 为自我提升工具，不构成职业、教育、法律、医疗或财务方面的专业建议。重要决策请咨询合格的专业人士。

3. 账号

  • 您可匿名使用，也可通过 Apple、微信等方式登录
  • 您应妥善保管账号凭证，对账号下的行为负责
  • 我们可在您违反本协议或存在安全风险时限制或终止服务

4. 用户内容与行为规范

  • 您对输入的内容负责，不得上传违法、侵权、骚扰或恶意内容
  • 不得对本 App 进行逆向工程、干扰服务或未经授权的自动化访问
  • 不得利用 AI 功能生成违法或有害内容

5. 应用内购买

5.1 领鹿会员（自动续期订阅）

  • 会员为自动续期订阅，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则将自动续订
  • 费用将在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款；续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣款
  • 您可在 iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅
  • 免费试用（如有）未使用部分将在购买订阅时作废（以 App Store 规则为准）
  • 会员权益包括更高的小鹿活力上限、会员每日鹿豆奖励等，具体以 App 内展示为准

5.2 鹿豆（消耗型内购）

  • 鹿豆为消耗型虚拟物品，用于 AI 功能与小鹿互动等，购买后立即到账
  • 鹿豆不可兑换现金，不可转让；除法律要求外，已消耗的鹿豆不予退款
  • 实际价格以 App Store 展示为准

6. AI 功能

AI 输出可能存在不准确、不完整或过时的情况。您应自行判断并核实 AI 建议。因依赖 AI 内容所作决定而产生的风险由您自行承担。

7. 知识产权

本 App 的软件、界面、商标及相关内容归运营方或权利人所有。未经书面许可，不得复制、修改或传播。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按「现状」提供。我们不对服务持续可用、无错误或完全满足您期望作出保证。因网络、设备、第三方平台（含 Apple）原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。

9. 协议变更与终止

我们可更新本协议并在本页面发布。重大变更会通过 App 内提示。您可随时停止使用并卸载 App；我们也可在您严重违反本协议时终止服务。

10. 适用法律与联系

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。如有疑问，请通过 支持页面 联系我们。

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Guideer. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Guideer helps you set career goals, manage capability maps, record learning progress, and—when you request it—receive AI-generated suggestions, interpretations, and reports. The App is a self-improvement tool and does not provide professional career, educational, legal, medical, or financial advice. Please consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Accounts

  • You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple, WeChat, or other supported methods
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account
  • We may restrict or terminate service if you violate these terms or pose a security risk

4. User Content and Conduct

  • You are responsible for content you submit and must not upload illegal, infringing, harassing, or malicious material
  • You must not reverse engineer the App, disrupt the service, or access it through unauthorized automation
  • You must not use AI features to generate illegal or harmful content

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Guideer Plus membership (auto-renewable subscription)

  • Membership is an auto-renewable subscription. It renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase; renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription (subject to App Store rules)
  • Member benefits may include a higher Deer vitality cap and daily Deer bean rewards, as shown in the App

5.2 Deer beans (consumable in-app purchases)

  • Deer beans are consumable virtual items used for AI features and Deer interactions; they are credited immediately after purchase
  • Deer beans cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred; consumed beans are non-refundable except where required by law
  • Actual prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase

6. AI Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should evaluate and verify AI suggestions yourself. You bear the risk of decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App’s software, interface, trademarks, and related content are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the App will meet your expectations. We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for interruptions or data loss caused by networks, devices, or third-party platforms (including Apple).

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and publish them on this page. Material changes will be communicated in the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; we may terminate service if you materially breach these terms.
